What is an allergy card?
An allergy card allows you to put your avoidances in writing so nothing slips through cracks in a busy restaurant setting. An Equal Eats card is just like a credit card in terms of size and material. When you hand it to a server or chef, it immediately helps them understand your avoidances and taken them seriously.
Chef's job easier
When a chef receives your dietary restrictions in writing, you are making their job easier. Their job is to accomodate their guests, and an allergy card makes the process easier.
